Test Analyst

Our client, a major international car manufacturer, is currently driving one of its most ambitious transformation programs in the European retail landscape. The goal is to transition across 18 European markets from a traditional dealer-based model to a direct sales and agency model, creating a seamless, customer-centric Omnichannel Sales experience.

Following the successful delivery of several key releases focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement, the next phase of the program will concentrate on the planning, testing, and rollout of the direct sales model across multiple markets.

Within this program, the Financial Services Work Stream plays a critical role in enabling the transformation by:

• Harmonizing and optimizing the Customer Journey across online and retail channels

• Redefining the Agent Journey through new processes and systems aligned to the agency sales model

To enable this, significant Salesforce-based system and process enhancements are being implemented, supported by a comprehensive test and quality assurance framework.

As a Test Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and completeness of test coverage across multiple European markets. Your focus will be on test design, analysis, and quality assurance for end-to-end (E2E) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases within a complex Salesforce-based system landscape.

You will collaborate closely with market teams, business stakeholders, and IT to define, review, and maintain high-quality manual and automated test cases. Your work will directly contribute to delivering a seamless omnichannel sales experience as part of the company’s transition to a direct and agency sales model.

Your tasks:

• Design and extend comprehensive E2E test scenarios across markets.

• Conduct workshops with market teams to identify relevant E2E and UAT test cases.

• Identify and define regression and automation candidates for the Test Factory.

• Support Business and IT in the definition, creation, and approval of E2E and UAT test cases.

• Perform review and quality assurance of newly created test cases.

• Ensure that manual test cases meet the quality standards required for test automation.

• Act as a contact point during E2E and UAT execution for test-related inquiries and support.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst, ideally within large, multi-market IT transformation programs.

• Strong knowledge of test design techniques, E2E and UAT processes, and test automation readiness.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/Sales platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Jira/Xray or other test management tools.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate with both business and IT teams.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and traceability.

• Fluent in English (German or other European languages are an advantage).
