Senior UX/UI Designer

The project

For our client we are looking for a Senior UX/UI designer to run design activities and elevate user experience of digital products. If you have a track record of creating user-centred designs and want to have your impact on the digital transformation in the energy industry, we want you on our team.

Location: Wrocław or remote in Poland

Project methodology: Agile

Rsponsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the design process for this project, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Apply user-centred design principles throughout the project, ensuring that user needs and satisfaction are at the forefront of all design decisions.
• Develop project-specific information architectures, user flows, and wireframes that create a cohesive and intuitive digital product.
• Create UI designs and prototypes that visually align with the product's brand and deliver both aesthetics and functionality.
• Plan and execute usability testing, using feedback to iterate on designs and refine the user experience.
• Collaborate with product manager, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation in line with the project's vision.
• Translating the needs into design solutions that development can implement.Stay informed about design trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their integration to enhance the user experience.

What we expect from you

• Extensive experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing your ability to work independently.
  
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools - we use Figma.
• A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Proven experience taking ownership of design projects and delivering exceptional results.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with usability testing and user research.
• Familiarity with development processes.
• Fluent English and Polish required.
