The project
We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee project teams, ensuring successful and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will manage resources, schedules, financials, and project risks, while ensuring full compliance with SDLC and quality control guidelines. You’ll play a key role in steering the project from start to finish, handling change requests and improving processes to drive project success.

Job requirements
What we expect from you:
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall.
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
- 2+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client/business and documentation
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership
- Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective
- Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.
- Preferably based in Poland (European residency is a must).
