Job description


We redesign and rebuild the internal application (customer care tool, a web application) of one of Europe’s biggest transport services company. We collaborate across many teams and completely reinvent the way our client's company works from the inside and outside.

Team: Product Owner, Tech Lead, 2 Frontend Developers, 2 Backend Developers, 2 QA

Product: Customer Care Tool (web app)

Type of contract: B2B or Employment contract

The preferred scale of work: full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Type of work: 100% remote from Poland

Location: Poland, Romania

Your tasks

  • Developing high-quality, maintainable source code, including tests and documentation.

  • Collaborating with the team during Product Increment Planning and contributing to the recruitment of new team members.

  • Addressing technical blockers and risks to ensure smooth development processes.

  • Contributing to the definition of short, medium, and long-term development goals and strategies.

  • Adhering to and helping establish quality criteria (e.g., unit tests, code styling, code organization).

  • Participating in peer reviews for pull requests, architectural decisions, and process improvements.

  • Sharing knowledge with other team members about components, architecture, and best practices.

Job requirements

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years of experience with Angular.

  • Expert knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and SASS.

  • Strong experience with Tailwind CSS.

  • Proficiency with Git.

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

  • Strong experience working with Agile teams.

  • Fluent in English.


Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes or Cloud

  • Familiarity with state management (for example NgRx)
