Job description


The project


We are seeking a talented AI Developer to join our client's team and provide support with the daily management of the private cloud environment and server storage, as well as database housekeeping tasks including domain splitting, certificate management, and more.


Our client is an Austrian high-tech company with the intent to launch a GenAi application, trained based on the company’s own data, in 2024. The product shall enable municipalities:

  • to get as complete a picture as possible of the deployed municipality infrastructure (e.g., fiber, electricity, gas, etc.) and 
  • to facilitate the planning of changes and new construction measures of the municipality’s infrastructure. 

The aim is to create a digital twin of the municipal infrastructure where future projects can be easily modeled. To finalize and launch the application as well as to further enhance the set of features our client is looking for experienced and passionate professional to start as early as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop architectures for deep learning (DL) and neural networks to support the application’s AI capabilities.
  • Create and implement large language models (LLM) and large picture models (LPM) to enhance the application's functionality.
  • Develop and optimize synthetic data, picture, and language models to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI solutions.
  • Work on hybrid AI models and compound AI techniques, including data fusion algorithms, to integrate diverse data sources.
  • Perform advanced picture analysis to interpret visual data from various sources.
  • Analyze sensor data to extract meaningful insights that contribute to the digital twin of municipal infrastructure.
  • Conduct satellite data analysis to provide a comprehensive overview of municipality infrastructure.


Job requirements

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in AI development, particularly in designing and setting up deep learning architectures and neural networks.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing large language models (LLM) and large picture models (LPM).
  • Strong background in working with synthetic data, as well as picture and language models.
  • Experience with hybrid AI models and compound AI, especially in creating data fusion algorithms.
  • Proficiency in picture analysis, sensor data analysis, and satellite data analysis.
  • Passion for innovative technologies and a desire to contribute to a cutting-edge project.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.
