Senior Consultant Test Automation (m/w/d)

We are expanding our team of highly qualified experts for agile testing. For this purpose, we are looking for a consultant in the field of software test automation for a permanent position with our renowned customers in German-speaking countries.

Our software quality assurance services include Test Consulting & Automation, Test Data Management and Test Management & Managed Testing.

Your tasks / responsibilities

• You will advise our customers on the planning, coordination and implementation of automated software testing in agile projects.
• You will implement test automation solutions in environments containing microservices, CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes, according to functional and technical specifications.
• You will develop test automation components, based on test automation frameworks.
• You will support the evaluation and implementation of suitable test automation tools,
• You will be responsible for performing, analyzing and documenting automated and manual test runs.
  

What we expect from you

• You have good IT skills based on a technical or scientific degree or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in test automation
• You already have experience in concepting and implementing test automation processes
• Experience in test case design and realization
• Exprerience with Cucumber / Gerkhin
• Knowledge in automation tools, like Selenium, Robot Framework or Playwright
• Exprerience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Amazon AWS, GitLab CI/CD)
  
• Experience with Docker Containers, ideally Kubernetes
• Programming skills in the area of test automation frameworks (e.g. Java, Python etc.)
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Communication skills: You speak German fluently and have a good command of English

Very much appreciated

• Experience in testing microservices
• Knowledge about Jira, Confluence
  
• ISTQB certified
